  Beautiful Hotel!
  
  What could be improved: Reception asked over and over the same information due poor English.
  Rooms very hot!
  No shuttlebus possibility to the Airport!!

  Facility looks clean and new. Bed sheets and bath towels are very comfortable. Hot water from shower is stable. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. Vegetables are fresh, three types of butter for toast, choices of cheese and ham.
  
  What could be improved: Some staff understand English, but some totally don’t. The first night we arrived, we had a late dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered beers but staff didn’t bring them for a while. We reminded the staff but they seemed they didn’t understand English. It took time to get the beers.

  The hotel is conveniently located not far from Pudong Airport, though it still takes about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, the hotel was in good condition and clean.
  
  What could be improved: I arrived at 11:00 PM after a long day of work and travel, only to find that there was no food, drinks, or even ice available. Nothing was offered, and the staff, like in many hotels in China, had difficulty speaking or understanding English. The walls of the rooms were thin, so you could hear a lot of noise, especially in the morning, as the hotel was full of children, which makes sense since it's close to Disney World. All in all not worthy of a 5 star level accomodation.
