  What could be improved: I stayed at the hotel from Feb 24-25. It's been over two weeks and I have not gotten my deposit back, nor have I gotten any responses or any type of correspondence regarding my deposit.

  What could be improved: The breakfast is bad. Does not meet the standard of a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Vey little choice of food. The hotel room basin tap is not place at the right position. Difficult to use.

  What could be improved: Terrible front desk; very rude. The room is very small based on what I paid. I paid for breakfast for a double bed room but they only provided one breakfast, which is ridiculous. The breakfast itself is also very poor. I regretted paying for that.
