  The property is nice and the staffs are wonderful especially Amy & VIvi they really assisted me in a lot of things it’s a great place to visit and the facility is neat. Breakfast excellent

  The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very spacious. No cupboard space for unpacking was provided, but the rooms felt big and uncrowded. The proximity to Meiling North station was very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bathrooms had locking doors.
  
  What could be improved: It’s a common complaint of mine that there’s very often smoking in hotels in China, despite it being posted and noted that no smoking is permitted. The smoke from people smoking in other rooms gets sucked into the air system, meaning we occasionally got cigarette smoke blown into our rooms through the air conditioning system. There was also no place to unpack our bags.

  When I ate breakfast, there were older woman, man working, really polite & caring, cleaning and disposing. Front desk girls are handy.

  Breakfast menu & quality both were very good. Overall clean & cozy.
  
  What could be improved: Staffs can't speak in English, very hard to make them understand any of our needs. In our room we couldn't find any freezer for keeping cold water or drinks.
