  apartments get cleaned everyday, tea/coffee/ water etc are restocked everyday.
  a convenience store right around the corner and a bar/cafe in the building premises whose breakfast sandwich is the most scrumptious sandwich i had during my entire 1 week in china.

  one of the staff members told me if i had called and booked directly i would've gotten free breakfast in the same price.
  
  the staff could be better. upon checking in, i wasn't assigned the apartment i had paid for i.e. 91 m.sq. room.
  
  i was booked in an apartment with only 1 bath whereas i booked the one with 2 baths.
  
  after waiting for an entire 30 minutes just to get the wrong apartment assigned to us, had to go to the reception again and wait for another 40 minutes to get the right apartment. the entire ordeal lasted more than 90 minutes till i was in the apartment i had originally booked and paid for.
  
  i was also rejected water at around midnight, the person at the reception told me "sorry, our housekeeping staff has already gone home." I mean would it really hurt for the other 2 people at the reception to go and get some water?
