  Заботливый и профессиональный администратор, вкусные завтраки, отличное месторасположения и наличие бесплатного трансфера из/до аэропорта и Диснейленда.
  Спасибо большое за время проведённое в вашем отеле! И огромное спасибо за внимательное отношение к постояльцам! Нам очень помогли с ранним заездом и предоставили номер выше уровнем, чем мы бронировали. Очень вкусные завтраки и удобное месторасположения. Языкового барьера не было благодаря использованию онлайн-переводчика.

  The front desk service is extremely attentive. They once waited for me until the early morning and helped me with my luggage. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of choices. The homestay provides round-trip transfers to and from Disneyland, so the transportation is very convenient. It has an extremely high cost performance.

  The breakfast was very good and to my taste. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and they helped me solve many things I didn't understand. The hotel is also very close to Disneyland, and the shuttle time is sufficient. The experience of visiting Disneyland was great!

  Transportation from the airport to the hotel was very difficult. No early planning, no contact person waiting for you. The address was unclear to local taxi drivers. Wasted 4 hours and an extra 58 AUD until I reached it.

  The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff’s willingness to assist. They were polite, helpful, and tried their best to accommodate guests. However, their efforts couldn’t make up for the overall poor conditions of the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: recently stayed at this hotel in Shinhai, and apart from the staff being polite and willing to help, everything else was disappointing. The environment was not clean, and the location is far from all amenities, making it feel more like a farmhouse than a proper hotel.
  
  Another major inconvenience is that they do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or EFTPOS, making transactions difficult for international travelers.
  
  Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements. If you're looking for comfort and convenience, consider other options.
