  1. Location is great. Close to XuJiaHui and many attractions within this area.
  2. Facilities are relatively new, room is clean.
  3. Staffs are friendly and willing to help.
  
  What could be improved: 1. No refrigerator in the room.
  2. Elevator is a bit old.
  3. This is a local hotel for Chinese customers. Nor sure if they can handle customers who don't speak Chinese.

  Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett.
  Insgesamt sehr neues und modernes Hotel, mit hauseigenem Roboter 😉
  
  What could be improved: Check-In war schwierig, da keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert wurden, musste ich extra Geld abheben und den gesamten Betrag in bar zahlen.
  Zudem spricht wirklich niemand Englisch (selbst z.B. "good night" wird nicht verstanden), auch mit Online Übersetzer funktioniert die Konversation kaum. Das Hotel ist definitiv eher für lokale Gäste ausgerichtet. Das sollte einem einfach vorher klar sein.
