  The epitome of luxury, impeccable service, wonderful food and convenient location. We were in a Grand River View Room overlooking the Bund, which was very spacious with 5* views.

  No doubt about rating this hotels. I would give 20 if this was allowed. Everything above expectations. Design (art deco), room quality with the highest appreciation to every detail. Delicious and variable breakfest. Super helpful and understanding oersonell. Great location. Breathtaking window view. Top of the Top!

  Thank you for arranging a cake for my brothers birthday twice . The hospitality, friendly staff , rooms , breakfast & location were all great .

  All details were taken care of. The general manager was very kind to us, suggesting that we have dinner at the hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. The views of our panoramic room were amazing.
  
  Staff were very attentive, the location is super, very close to Yu Gardens and to the Bund.
  
  What could be improved: The occidental breakfast had lots of options, but we struggled to get what we ordered from the waitress as not all of them speak English. Make sure you speak to an English-speaking waiter.

  Everything was fine, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. Only 2 things were questionable: 1 – the safe in the room, which opens vertically, the lid does not stay on and it is not convenient to put things in it. 2 – tea for breakfast, absolutely mediocre, in a country where there is a cult of tea, serving such a mediocre drink is blasphemous. These are all little things that can be solved in one day and you will be priceless!))
