  staff, Lisa is delightful. She is always helpful and efficient. As my flight was in the evening, she offered me to a spare room for late check-out as my room had been booked.
  
  What could be improved: All good. Although the place is not near the usual attractions and city centre, it is very easy to access local metro 🚇 and get you anywhere in Shanghai.

  We travelled as a family with 2 kids, the apartment was more than enough for us, the location was great, metro station in the next building. There is a small mall, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, starbuks and KFC, overall great for us.

  I will start off with my delightful experience with the host – Samuel. He was always there when we needed help, it is easy to communicate with him, and he also speaks English!
  The room itself – amazin view from the last floor, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 2-days stay. The metro is accessible from the building itself. There are also multiple food stores in the building, just before the metro. On the ground floor, we can reach a supermarket, just 1 min away

  Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable.
  Location is great- within steps to the metro line 8 that will get you anywhere in Shanghai.
  We booked for an airport pick up and host Samuel greeted us at around midnight for check in to the apartment.
  Hosts Samuel and Lisa were kind, helpful and friendly. They’re ever ready to help you with anything.
  The apartment building is located next to a mall and there are many shops and eateries nearby.
