  地點非常方便，小區也很安靜，鬧中取靜的好地方
  房間也很舒適，設備插座網路應有盡有
  入住時是冬天，暖氣方向所以客廳冷一點點，不過床鋪就非常溫暖
  跟照片呈現的一致，下次去還會想住
  
  What could be improved: 畢竟是年代比較久的社區，管線比較老舊，馬桶沖水較慢較易堵塞，不過正常使用還是可以的
  因為是獨立出入的民宿，提前和事後寄放行李就比較困難，但房東還是會提供一些解決方式，需要寄存行李的還是找酒店吧

  The location is great but the entire property stinks of cigarettes, it smells like the owner has been smoking indoors for at least 5 years. The way a bar smells.
  
  What could be improved: We are so disappointed. When we walked into the property it stank of cigarettes. And not the kind from one guest it was in the walls the curtains and everything. We only were able to stay one night, then I developed a bad eczema rash and my husband was coughing all night so we had to move to another hotel around the corner. The assistant was so lovely but they refused to refund us anything, they also suggested they put the room up for rental on a Chinese website and if they rented it out would send us half?!?! The apartment is no where near a 9, some of the previous good reviews also don’t make sense as they’ve mentioned things the apartment doesn’t have so we suspect they are fake. If you have even the slightest sensitivity or don’t smoke do not stay here!! It’s such a shame they should have been honest, also the walls are covered in smoke stains and wear.

  The best part of this place is the little patio, we sat outside, drank and talked until late, somehow it was very romantic for us. As for the house, well, it is pretty and clean, everything functions. We had a very comfortable stay.

  The apartment is clean, convenient, comfortable, cute and cozy. I arrived very early but I was allowed to drop my bags at another location and they prepared the room earlier than I expected. The staff were very helpful and kept in constant contact to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location is fantastic allowing you to get away from the bustle of the city in an area with lots of chilled bars and plenty to see within walking distance or a short Taxi ride. I would love to go back!

  What could be improved: It was a little bit difficult to find location, but then when we figured it out it was good. My advice is to order taxi to Shanghai kindergarten (Julu road) it is pretty near and u can find apartments. If u want use metro go to 2 line west nanjing road station and go from here.

  ein nettes kleines Apartment mitten in der City, gut klimatisiert; die Kommunikation per App mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut geklappt, die Wohnung ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Sight-Seeing, Supermärkte, Apotheke und Restaurants sind in der Nähe; zur U-Bahn läuft man etwa 8 Minuten
  
  What could be improved: die Matratze war etwas hart; auf der Terrasse kann man bei 40 Grad tagsüber und 30 nachts eher nicht sitzen – aber die Wäsche aufhängen : )
