  What could be improved: Ужасный завтрак, персонал абсолютно не говорит по английски и очень работает конкретно с бронированием на букинге – около часа я пытался объясниться, а сотрудники требовали от меня "другой" номер бронирования. За такие деньги можно гораздо комфортнее остановиться в Шанхае.

  What could be improved: The staff had problems taking visa card. It took 30 minutes to figure out how I could pay, even though they advertized that they take visa card. One of the staff shooshed us away while they had my card so that they could help other customers. Literally signalled with his hands and shooshed us away. The rooms had a cantral heating system, so even though you had «air condition» in each room, the temperature was set to 25 degrees celcius. Overheated in the room. They gave us another room that had its own aircon system, which was nice- but if the room was not vacant for us then, I dont know what we would do. Also, do not pay for the breakfast. There are so many better food options nearby, even the Family mart 2 meters away has better food.
