The Neighborhood Experience

What I really loved is how this area lets you experience Shanghai like a local. You’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district — you’re in Xuhui, where actual Shanghainese people live and work. The morning routine of grabbing coffee from the corner café and watching the neighborhood wake up became one of my favorite parts of staying here. Plus, the metro connections are solid, so you can easily get to the Bund or Pudong when you want that classic Shanghai skyline experience. But honestly, I found myself wanting to stay in the neighborhood more often than not.

  It is right at the Wukang Mansion, and very close to the train station. The host is also incredibly helpful with everything, not just the accomodation, but also helping us to get around, luggage storage and all. The room is so comfortable and clean, my family and I were incredibly happy to stay there!

  A very comfortable stay. This listing is conveniently located close to the Wukang Road photo hitches. I could feel the richness of history and culture. the staff at hills was very helpful and I would stay here again.
