  Reliable budget hotel in excellent location.
  
  What could be improved: The light switch set up makes no sense, and it’s incredibly easy to essentially jam the system and be unable to lower the blinds.

  Good and varied breakfast until 10:00 am and check-out until 12:00. We were able to store our luggage, on the day of check-out as well. Free water bottles at the reception.
  Close to three major metro lines, KFC, and McDonalds. If you want more local food, you have to search a little further, because the area is a large shopping street.

  Loved the location of this place and, for a budget hotel, it has so many nice touches-really really helpful staff, great lobby area to sit and work or relax, and the location is amazing. Right in the centre of shops and restaurants and walking distance of the French Concession area. We had such a great time and I would stay here each time I visit Shanghai now. The front space with outdoor furniture was also a great space to relax after a long day walking around the city. Having stayed in some of the larger, more well known hotel brands in this city, this hotel is much better and great value for money.
  
  What could be improved: Not a main issue at all, but the room had a very small, frosted window which didn't offer any kind of view. But I suppose this is because of the location of the building, and it didn't affect our stay at all.
