  Comfortable bed large tv and fabulous shower
  
  What could be improved: The staff were very rude and when I asked about food at 8pm I was told there is none. I also asked what time breakfast started and was told 7:30 which I repeated 3 times but found out later it had opened much earlier.

  The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful . The free shuttle was easy to use. Would recommend this for a layover for a flight

  Handy to Shanghai-Pudong (about 15 minutes by bus). Clean, quiet rooms, great shower. Priced really well considering you get your airport transport and breakfast.

  Room was large great bed an bathroom. Staff were excellent from check in to housekeeping 225,222 so helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much to choose from and again the staff so helpful.

  Hotel ambience is nice with eco-friendly design. It is suitable for traveller who looking for hotel near the airport. Disney bus depart early morning and Airport shuttle bus departs every hour, just need to book when you check-in. The reception staff speak basic English but they use translated device when explain information.

  Housekeeping auntie (job no. 225,218) was friendly, humble and helpful. She helped me fix an air-con noise. Although she spoke only Chinese but she willing to solved the problem.
  
  What could be improved: The location is quite isolated. The easiest way to get here from town is by car or taxi. I couldn’t find any convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so if you want to relax without going anywhere, it's best to buy some food before coming to the hotel or have dinner at hotel restaurant.

  Great location for a family stay waiting for a transfer flight. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The staff is not very helpful. Some information we had to figure out for ourselves, including that our room was not in the same building where we checked-in. The reception staff omitted that information when we arrived. An honorable mention to the staff managing customers’ luggage at the hotel as they were super helpful and helped through many a doubts.

  Clean, stylish and comfortable place. Free transfer from and to the airport. wide choice of dishes for breakfast.
