  The location is good for quick access to Pudong airport. The shuttle bus takes about 20 minutes. There are several small restaurants and a convenient store in the immediate vicinity. The staff is also very nice. Ms. Tian at the front desk helped get our luggage to the shuttle bus. We booked a superior double room with a king bed and it was quite spacious.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast buffet was not impressive. However, they do prepare a few things to order such as noodles and wonton soup.

  Breakfast is mostly based on an Eastern Diet, which is not necessarily appetising for Western culture. But I would not rate the breakfast as bad. We were there for 3 days.
  Location is close to the airport, which is very good, but the area is very Chinese and we struggled to find a decent place to eat and have a glass of wine. Restaurants do not take credit cards in that area. The waiters do not speak or understand English and it makes is very difficult to order something. My perception was that they would rather not serve you, than to try to help you. If you are visiting as a tourist, rather choose a hotel closer to the city centre.

  We were in the cave room so it was the most amazing experience. The breakfast was the best in China! The restaurant and the garden was great.

  We stayed overnight because of a flight we needed to catch in the morning and didn’t want to stay at the airport hotel. This was a short ride away and it was clean, nice and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The signage name was different than what is listed here so I had to go in and check if this was indeed the location.

  Clean, located in a shopping centre, with lots of restaurants etc around it. About 15mins drive to airport. Shuttle ran on time – one every hour on the hour in both directions.
  Good selection of Chinese and western foods available for breakfast.
  Very pleasant and helpful young man at the front desk with very good English.
  
  What could be improved: Coffee machine at breakfast wasn’t working.

  The breakfast was great- catered for all international tastes but predominantly Chinese.
  
  What could be improved: As some one from the UK, there was no one who spoke fluent English so without the help of translate App I would have been stuck. There were lots of restaurants in the area but they were all Chinese with no English spoken or translations on the menu’s.

  The location was a 10 minute drive from the airport (use the taxis downstairs from the official rank, all the others will scam you)
