  This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were very clean, staff so professional and respectful. I loved the breakfast as it has variety of dishes you can choose from. The price was absolutely great compared to other 5-star hotels. Mandarin Oriental would be my destination if I’m ever returning to Shanghai, which most likely I would.

  From check-in to check-out, the front-of-house staff at Mandarin Oriental exceeded all expectations. Warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, they made me feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with bookings, or simply greeting with a smile every time I walked by, their dedication to guest satisfaction was clear in every interaction.
  
  Special thanks to Luigi Savarese who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From helping me download all the apps necessary for my first time in china , to helping me many times with my internet vpn connection , to recommending places where to go , etc ! Their hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay, and I would absolutely return based on this experience alone. Highly recommended!
