  That is always amazing to stay at Intercontinental. Gentle and efficient team!

  Great hotel, especially if you’re attending an exhibition at the NECC. I was able to access the exhibition through the hotel, which was very convenient.
  
  The rooms are good with the basic amenities you’d expect from an Intercontinental Hotel.
  
  The breakfast was good.
  
  There’s also access to the subway via the NECC which makes it convenient to get around Shanghai.
  
  What could be improved: I was unable to use the swimming pool or Jacuzzi because I didn’t have a swimming cap. I wasn’t notified about this requirement when booking the hotel. There’s only one bar & restaurant excluding the Buffet restaurant.
  
  The hotel reception gave us the incorrect information regarding the duration of the Subway from NECC to Pudong International Airport. She advised that the duration is +- 50 minutes, however, the actual duration was around 90 minutes, which is a significant difference and could result in someone missing their flight.

  Location. Comfortable rooms. Polite and helping staff.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast had little options. The restaurant food wasn’t our taste. No or little recreational activities available.

  What could be improved: I booked a massage at the spa which i believe could have been better .
  The lady doing the massage was inexperienced and half way through the massage left to use the bathroom for 5 minutes.
  It was unprofessional and the massage itself was substandard and definitly not something i would reccomend to anyone.
