  Rooms had all facilities , everything was clean. Staff was good

  The hotel is good value for money but little far from city center, but in the offered price , it’s very decent. I would like to stay again if opportunity arises

  Staff is friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. Bed is super comformtable, not the sofa bed though. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices of chinese and international food.
  
  What could be improved: Charge extra 175yuan per night for setting up the sofa bed for a family room that is expected to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children.
  Swimming pool is crowded for guests with some lesson going on.

  What could be improved: Location is a bit far from the city centre; you need to travel with train and taxi, taxi fare is not cheap, train is about an hour to the city centre

  We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the breakfast buffet with traditional food offerings. The proximity to the outlet stores was also nice.
  
  What could be improved: I think the rooms need deep cleaning – our allergies were really bad during our stay there. The carpet and the curtains needs deep cleaning. Microwave oven in room 1812 was not working too.
  
  Also, the front desk girl was very unhelpful and was not a good listener to my questions/request. She was like a robot just answering the same thing over and over.
  
  Furthermore, you need to fix the communication between your property and booking.com. Their website said any date adjustments can be done through the property but the property threw it back to booking.com to adjust. This was not easy to do prior to our arrival since we were on a cruise and were at sea for 2 days prior with no internet access and couldn't call the property. After we checked in to the hotel, we called booking.com and was on hold for a long time. It took at least half an hour to complete the date adjustment – a simple thing like that.
