  Wohnung liegt ausgezeichnet! Yu-Garden ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. U-Bahn ca. 6 Minuten. Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind super und die Betten bequem. Die Aussicht auf die nächtliche Skyline des Bundes ist grandios! Der Kontakt zu der Vermierin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Was ich mir gewünscht hätte wären Löffel für die Schalen. Es gab leider nur einen einzigen und zwei Paar Stäbchen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.

  the entire property was nice and quiet. within walking distance to some of the main attraction – Yu Garden, Bund & Nan Jing Road.
  There's a supermarket just across the road from the apartment where we are able to get our basic needs.
  There's also the metro station within walking distance from the apartment.
  Owner of the property is nice and helpful. Washing machine & dryer is good in the apartment. they even have heater in 1 of the bathroom which is a plus point especially on cold weather. The days that we were there were super cold and there's some nights that the real feel of the temperature is close to zero degrees.
  
  What could be improved: It will be nice or better if they can provide some decent sets of forks and spoons or even some pairs of clean chopsticks. The number of plates (are actually the saucers from the teacups provided) and bowls provided are very limited too.
  In total, we have 5 adults staying at the property and the plates and bowls are barely enough for us to use especially when we try to cook dinner at the apartment on 1 night.
  Teaspoons are also not available for us to use to make tea or coffee for breakfast. We have to keep the disposable forks that was provided when we purchased the instant noodles bowls to act like a spoon or stirrer.
  We even have to purchase a big bag of disposable chopsticks (smaller bag is not available in the supermarket across the road) and plastic bowls.
  
  It will be good if they can improve to provide more decent items in the kitchen, so that future occupants staying in this Air B&B will benefit. Maybe my family and I will be staying again anytime in the future.

  地理位置很棒，走出去就是上海老街和豫園，離地鐵豫園站也很近，尤其房間晚上的視野很棒，可以看到整個城隍廟和豫園的燈光夜景和東方明珠，房間很安靜.

  The view is amazing, location is great (close to subway station and can walk to Yu Yuan, shopping centre with lots of restaurants and a supermarket) , nice decor, super clean and well equipped in this spacious apartment. The host Eunice answered all our questions immediately, we had a very comfortable stay and will definitely go back next time we go to Shanghai !!!

  小区环境安全，地段便利。整套房的布局也很舒适合理，动静区域分离，住时感到非常舒适，没有那种奇怪户型的微妙感觉哈哈哈，非常棒的一套房子！干净明亮。
  另外，我本人有睡眠困难，但是，主人家的床单被套好舒服！！！哈哈哈真的又软软又滑滑的，特别好睡。
  
  What could be improved: 客卫的淋浴头开起来的时候记得朝内，不要对着玻璃门，那个门缝会出水……
