  The staff was very helpful and changed my room where I can be comfortable (air circulation and 21 C)
  
  What could be improved: My original room was heater only and the room can’t go lower than 25C and only get hotter. Room has no window to open. If I turn off the hvac there is no air movement and it’s just too hot

  What could be improved: It is within walking distance to Shanghai Airport but all six of us couldn't navigate our way there. Wasted two hours and ended up getting a Taxi. Just get the taxi it is only about $5 aud

  Breakfast is excellent. Gym is well equipped and available 24/7. Friendly staff. Restaurant carry good food for lunch or dinner, great beer available. Excellent location with train station, metro, shopping, all walking distance.
