  What could be improved: Everything was great but we were 'upgraded' to Executive Floor, but staff didn't explain the benefits that came with this upgrade, ie. happy hour. We only found out on last day which was too late to utilise.

  The hotel was well decorated and the location was excellent. It was easy to walk out to find food and have access to malls. The beds were comfortable and the place was well-maintained despite being old.
  
  What could be improved: The free wifi was unusable and the breakfast selection was not great either, especially for the price. The bar was mostly closed as well whilst we were there.

  Receptionist was very friendly.

  Traveling in China I stayed 3 times in this hotel last month and many times over past few years. Although hotel and its facilities are not brand new, there are many other things that makes this hotel standing out. First of all, I like friendly and helpful staff and almost every time they can offer early check in for free. The breakfast is really good and if time allows the fitness facility will not disappoint even advanced athletes. Finally, there are many good restaurants around especially with Japanese cuisine as well as shopping molls in walking distance.
