  They have taken my payment twice. Once I check in. And after I left the check out hotel, again deducted from my cc. Very bad experience I ever had in my life time. And they are not admitted to that. I can see my cc statement it has deducted twice.

  Not far from airport, good staff, helpful. One of the staff Michelle deserves special mention. Extremely helpful and speaks to excellent English.

  If the staff would have been english friendly it would be much more better, also currency is accepted only in local RMB, tourist should have option of paying in USD also. Also restuarant can have few Halal food options for Muslim tourists staying at the hotel, but over all overly satisfied with the hotel stay.
  
  What could be improved: Only one laundry machine and drying machine so long queue sometimes. and did not find swimming pool or sauna facility maybe it was there and we didnt look enough for it. Also no halal or Muslim food options 🙁

  What could be improved: Impossible to communicate with staff. One person can converse in English, the rest of the staff use a translator on their mobile phones. Trouble with dinners, the restaurant serves meals is until 7pm.

  And tolerance of disrespectful behaviour of tourists from Russia, who were having a party, slamming doors and shouting in the corridor until 4 o'clock in the morning,
