  Clean, well kept hotel with classy design. Helpful, kind staff, spot-on service.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately our flight was cancelled, we had to extend our stay in Shanghai. I called the hotel from the airport to ask, if they are able to accomodate.us for the 2 nights whe had to extend our stay. They said, the hotel is 100% booked, no rooms are available. I jave checked on the Booking.com and on the Trip.com before my call, and there I would have been able to reserve the room, but the denial of the hotel staff left me with a very bad taste, we booked anoter hotel. Please, infirm the staff to chexk the availabilities accessible of the agencies, and so not desimform clients, it makes you loose customers and the reputation of your otherwise fantastic chain.

  Breakfast was varied and delicious. Above all, the ‘sour’ (spicy) ramen and mustard kimchi were excellent.
  
  What could be improved: It was a room without a window leading to the outside, and it would have been nice if the lighting had been a little brighter.
  And I was disappointed that there was no self-service laundromat around the hotel.
