  깨끗하고 조용하고 위치도 좋고 매일 청소도 잘해주고. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절함.
  
  What could be improved: 방에 냉장고가 없음. 헬스장이 없음. 물건 올려 놓을 선반장이 조금 더 많았으면. 랩탑 올려놓고 일할수 있는 테이블 과 의자가 있었으면.

  Room is very comfortable, with Dyson hairdryer, a sofa, Japanese style toilet,, bottles of water every day, snacks and decent coffee. The only thing it's missing is a fridge.
  Lots of Western and Asian options for breakfast.
  Staff don't speak much English but they're very nice and helpful.
  Metro station entrance just around the corner (need to walk 5 minutes for the actual trains but it has 3 different lines, which is very convenient

  Very kind and available staff, always ready to help. Laundry service is included in the hotel price. Central location in Shanghai, next to the metro and to shopping centers. Very good and abundant breakfast. Room was tidy and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Some people in the staff had difficulties to speak English language, but once they understand the needs of their guests, they are very available and capable of addressing eventual problems really fast.
