  LOVELY staff – polite, genuinely caring, and very helpful.
  The One-Bedroom Suite was super clean and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom design and quality were also very impressive.
  I’ll try to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai, where possible.

  I traveled to visit the yarn fair at the National Exhibition Convention Centre, which was very close to the hotel. The quiet surroundings, good food, and kind staff made me feel very comfortable.
