You’re close enough to central Shanghai when you want the city buzz, but far enough out to feel like you’re discovering something special. The area has this emerging energy — new developments mixed with local neighborhoods where you’ll find incredible street food just a short walk away.

The rooms here strike that perfect balance between international luxury standards and subtle Chinese design elements. What I really appreciated was the attention to lighting — you know how some hotels either blind you or leave you squinting? Not here. The bathrooms are genuinely spacious (a rarity in many Shanghai hotels), and the beds are exactly what you’d hope for after a long day exploring the city. The views vary depending on your floor, but even the lower levels offer glimpses of Shanghai’s incredible urban landscape stretching toward the horizon.

Sure, there are the international options you’d expect, but the Asian selection is where they shine — and I mean really shine. The congee station alone has more variety than most dedicated restaurants, and they actually know how to prepare dim sum properly (which sounds obvious but trust me, it’s not always the case). The dining room gets busy around 8 AM, so if you prefer a quieter meal, aim for earlier or later.

  What could be improved: 庭園の手入れが出来ていない。タクシーを頼むと自分の滴滴でと言われた。朝食時に皿を回収する人が食べている背後でウロウロして落ち着かない。ラウンジを使わないと使えない。周りに店や施設は無い。車が無いと何も出来ない。バス停が遠く何時にバスが来るのか分からない。
