  Close to convenience stores and restaurants. The roadway in and out of the property was wide enough for two vehicles. The staff made sure the path was always clear. Breakfast was good, but expensive.
  
  What could be improved: The cost of drinks in the bar was outrageously high. Could have bought an entire bottle at the store for what 2 drinks cost. Breakfast was overpriced as well.

  Old-school style and vibes in a GREAT location. Many excellent restaurants right across the street. Having said that, the hotel's own all-day dining restaurant is excellent. Located in a very walkable part of Shanghai with relatively light traffic and good supply of taxis.
  
  What could be improved: The tub-shower is the weakest part of the room.

  Staffs are friendly.
  Rooms are big enough for 3 pax. Added 1 folded bed for my stay of 3.

  Fantastic location, close to metro station, lots of good food around including macccas across the road which was good for breakfast.

  What could be improved: Stayed twice and first time no deposit required second time there was a 2500 RMB deposit required. No big deal but just a bit confusing.

  Well located, easy access to various food choices, in between high-tech park and city central, within walking distance to Shanghai Joao Tong University subway station (about max 10 mins walk).

  I enjoyed the noodle station. I had a bowl everyday and never tired of it since they offered three types of noodles and the toppings were good choices. The other foods were fair. Everything needed flavor. The location was ideal and close to many shops and restaurants. Getting a taxi or walking was easy.
  
  What could be improved: I was disappointed in the Congee. It was mostly water and some rice on the bottom of the pot, no flavor. My last time in Shanghai was at another hotel and they had three kinds of congee; all 3 were fabulous. The Dim sum offerings were disappointing, I did not try any.
  
  The staff could be friendlier. Maybe smile sometimes.
