  Everything. The location is old shanghai which is beautiful with tree lined streets. The staff are amazing and no request is too much. Beautiful villas are like a home. Just amazing and we will be back with the family

  Exceptional hotel in every aspect, what stood out the most for us was the brilliant customer service. Every hotel employee was willing and capable to help (for example a lady helped me to post a package, and another helped me to order a new suitcase). It just felt fantastic to stay at a place that values you as a guest! The hotel is truly wonderful, i will certainly come back again.
