  Almost nothing. Nice friendly lady at the replacement hotel (see next point) and that was a nice and clean hotel.
  
  What could be improved: They cancelled my reservation without telling me. They **CALLED** Booking.com to check if I was indeed coming, not me. My phone number is in my Booking profile. Not a word on the app either. They did provide a taxi to a remote branch (half an hour in the middle of the night) that still had a room but that tried to charge me the higher downtown rate. Complete scam, avoid.

  Der Raum war sehr groß und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und Zimmerservice gab es täglich, der uns 4 gratis Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung stellte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und als wir einen Tag verlängern wollten, war es kein Problem. Mein Paket wurden vom Empfang auch gut angenommen. Zusätzlich gab es auch noch einen Wäscheraum mit Trockner, der frei zur Nutzung stand. Lage ist auch sehr gut, da es direkt an einer großen Station ist. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Supermärkte und Restaurants. Von den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Nanjing Road ist es ca. 30-40 min weit weg mit Bahn oder Taxi. Ich würde hier wieder wohnen.
  
  What could be improved: Die Badezimmertür konnte man leider nicht abschließen und hatte an beiden Seiten einem größeren Spalt, durch den man hineinschauen konnte.
