The room I stayed in was spacious by Shanghai standards, with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually open — something you don’t always get in modern hotels. The attention to detail in the marble bathroom and the quality of the linens. It’s clear they maintain everything to diplomatic standards, and the housekeeping is absolutely meticulous. The restaurant serves excellent Cantonese cuisine, though honestly, with Shanghai’s incredible food scene right outside, you might want to explore beyond the hotel. Free parking is available, which is practically unheard of in this part of the city and saves you a fortune if you’re driving. The spa facilities offer traditional treatments that complement the refined atmosphere perfectly.

  西郊宾馆作为老牌的五星级酒店，服务上还是很好的。基本上都做到了微笑服务，我们提出的一些小要求也能尽量满足。这次定了是给小朋友过生日的，提前沟通后，酒店赠送了蛋糕，也准备了小孩子专门的洗漱用品，小朋友很开心。
  设施的方面虽然酒店开业了蛮久的，但是设施完全不旧。最大的亮点是酒店住客才可以去的后花园，小桥流水，草坪，绿化覆盖面积很大，小朋友玩得非常开心。
  早餐是在牡丹厅吃的，品种虽然说不是特别多，但是应该有的中点西点一点也不少。口味也不错。餐厅服务员清理餐盘也很及时的。
  游泳馆在其他楼，需要做接驳车去体育中心。不是最方便。不过游泳池设施很好，有儿童泳池，温水很舒服，水也算干净。我们是两个妈妈带两个男孩子去的，
  总体来说非常满意。
