  Close to International Airport so great for late arrivals and the free shuttle bus is excellent, bus located at gate 29 T2. Very clean facilities and rooms and a great breakfast.

  Such a friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. Awesome to have the shuttle service. Everything was superb except for the location, good to be close to the airport but too far from the city center.

  What could be improved: The first room i had smelt badly of cigarettes! However the staff were happy to oblige me with a change once l asked. Very good shuttle transport service.

  Frequent free shuttle to/from Shanghai airport. Very good value for money and clean rooms.
  
  What could be improved: There aren't any areas to eat dinner around the hotel and definitely nowhere that took card so as we were only staying a night we ended up going back to the airport on the shuttle bus to find somewhere to eat! Not too bad as the shuttle is free but just be warned if you don't have cash you will struggle to pay for a taxi or eat so be prepared!

  What could be improved: The convenience shop and the restaurant does not take cards only cash. This hotel is full of travellers who only transit in China and stating for one night, how could they have cash? The next ATM is a km away. At least install a cash machine
