The metro connections aren’t bad either, though you’ll want to factor in some walking time. The proximity to major transportation hubs makes it easy to explore the city or attend business meetings across different districts.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from Hyatt’s newer brands — thoughtfully designed without being fussy. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the workspace actually had enough outlets and decent lighting for getting things done. What surprised me was how quiet it was, considering you’re surrounded by one of the world’s busiest cities. The bathroom was compact but well-planned, with a shower that had proper water pressure — you know how hit-or-miss that can be in some hotels.   The stay at this hotel was amazing. The climate space was very helpful during the humid days and the location is perfect since there is a metro station 10 minutes away.

  Breakfast is fine, but continue every day the same type of foods will be bored.
  the robot service is awesome especially going into the lift together with it. It greeting was warm & welcome.
  Laundry provided indeed was useful and FOC that gave added value to our stay.

  It was very good that children can stay for free. Very helpful stuff and washing machine can be used free of charge. It is also nicely located.
  
  What could be improved: I think there are a few small things which could be improved to make it an even better experience. For example the sofas in the breakfast area may need a cleaning.
