  Hotel staff were helpful and responsive, especially Alex (Mr. Da) at the reception desk who helped us booked our airport transfer and offered to use Wechat to keep us updated with any changes!

  Centrally located and walking distance to restaurant, malls and family mart. Food delivery right to doorstep from rider to robot. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel and this price is best match! Would highly recommend to friends to book again!

  The staff was very quick to address and help with our queries. The gym is well equipped. The washing and drying machines are clean and disinfected regularly.

  What could be improved: Honestly it is overrated as a 4-star hotel, service or facility wise, max 2.5-3 star budget hotel. Hotel staff placed a guarantee amount on my credit card upon checkin, however it got charged a few days later before I check out, the amount is more than what I am supposed to pay. I wasn’t aware or advised until checkout. Very disappointed about the service.
