  Location was perfect! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Ray was so incredibly helpful arranging a driver for us to and from the airport. Right on the People’s Square subway line. Highly recommend!

  Since my previous stay here, the hotel was partially renovated. The room was large and comfortable, the staff helpful. There is an umbrella in each room to keep you dry during the rainy days. The location is right in the center, very close to the metro exit and next to many shopping malls and restaurants. The price is fair.

  The location is very convenient, very near the subway station just across the street for line 2 that goes to Hong Qiao station.
  Local food is just a street behind.
  
  The room is big and is clean though is not minimalist type, very comfortable bed. The staff is friendly.

  Location, breakfast, the staff very caring, clean and tidy, very big rooms we also had 2 balconies in the room that we selected which is kinda rare and daily room service. The metro was 50 meters away!

  A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful old building. Location is fantastic for exploring Shanghai with a major Metro stop less than a minute up the road and Nanjing Road a short walk away. The staff were uniformly great and our room (812) was spacious, quiet and comfortable with a stunning view. A small issue with delayed laundry was sorted quickly and professionally.
