  The room and dining areas were really nice.
  The reception and concierge were excellent and went out of their way to help us.
  
  What could be improved: The service for our evening meal was slow and things that we asked for such as water and coffee never arrived.

  the location and room view is superb! the room is clean and well maintained. the staff were really polite and helpful in every way they can.
  
  What could be improved: the lights were a little too dim for the lobby and lift area, feels like a little test for my night vision but it’s not too bothering to the overall stay 😅
