  The Peninsula Shanghai delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were courteous and highly professional, the facilities were elegant and well-kept, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and luxurious. The room was very comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shanghai.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was the price of the suite, which was quite high in comparison to other room types. While the quality was superb, the pricing difference felt a bit too steep.

  The Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai was truly amazing—everything from the service to the ambiance was wonderful and exceeded expectations. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning. I requested twice for it to be fixed, and while the staff did come to check it, the AC still wasn’t cooling properly, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

  Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It is located near the Bund and is convenient to many places. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. Additionally, there is a beautiful swimming pool.
