  I arrived early, and the helpful staff allowed me to check-in despite being a few hours before check-in time. The gym is small but well equipped. The concierge was friendly and helped us make reservations at a local restaurant. The hotel is next to the metro station.

  Fantastic 5* Hotel a cew bmocks away from the old French concession and next to a very modern Shopping Mall.
  Subway station is 3 minutes away.
  Bright and well furnished rooms with all the equipment you may need.
  
  What could be improved: Staff efficient but a touch distant but that goes with being in the center if one of the biggest megalopolis in the World.

  The rooms was very large with a comfortable bed. There was a small desk in the room which was useful for me because I had to prepare for meetings. I also used the ironing machine and board that were in the room. The bedroom was spacious with both a bath and shower and super clean.
  
  What could be improved: There was not enough space to have breakfast. Tables were not being cleaned in time which made that there were no free tables. Also, the tableware was removed but the tables were not cleaned. I also had a plate with stains on it. The breakfast could have been organized better with more staff.
