  It is very clean. Absolutely beyond my expectations in every aspect. There is a fast food chain downstairs that opens 24 hours. The food is very good. Convenient stores nearby also opens 24 hours. It is very easy to get food in the middle of the night.

  The room was spacious and comfortable and always kept clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep every night. The location was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were kind, tried to understand us even though we didn't speak the same language and were always happy to help. It was nice that they cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. The tea was delicious and the bottled water was replenished every day which was very helpful. The nearest metro station was very convenient for accessing tourist spots. It's not a special tourist spot so it was nice to experience the life of local people. I will choose this hotel again next time.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing in particular. There is no elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. I had to carry it myself on the way back, but it wasn't too difficult going down the stairs.

  When I go to Shanghai, I always stay at this hotel.The hotel is wonderful!It is always very clean and comfortable.The staff is very polite and always ready to help!Delicious breakfast.And I also like that the hotel has a washing machine and dryer, it is very convenient.

  First of all, t h e breakfasts. I wrote to SSAW before visit to mention we're vegetarians – as I know it may be difficult in China. The breakfasts were perfectly adjusted, giving a wide range of options and very delicious ones. Everyday was a better one because of them.
  Besides that; the hotel staff is kind and helpful, and they mostly speak basic English. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The cleaning service was ok, they've made a bed and fullfilled the bathroom's accessories. Everyday, there were bottles of water waiting in our room. We could use the lundary room for free. Location was good – close to the metro and convinient stores.
  I liked the traditional atmosphere and decorations in the hotel. It's small and private. Such a nice steppingstone from those huge ones in China. I recommend this hotel a lot!
  
  What could be improved: The lack of elevators can be troubling for some.

  The receptionists and managers are very friendly, speak good English, and easily helped me resolve my questions about parcels, both sending and receiving them. I am very grateful for this.
  
  What could be improved: Next time, I would like to see more dishes for breakfast that are traditional for continental breakfast. And if Chinese dumplings are also available, it would be absolutely perfect.
