  friendly and welcoming team members! the welcoming host help me with the taxi driver who tried to fool me with the price for the airport transfer!! overall experience was good ☺️
  
  What could be improved: i didnt like that i cant regulate temperature in my room because of the air conditioner system that is managed by hotel themselves. and it was 24-25 degrees all the time,windows cant be opened either.

  What could be improved: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from comfortable due to the air conditioning issues. The room was unbearably hot, and adjusting the temperature using the control panel made no difference.
  
  When we finally spoke to a technician, we were informed that the central cooling system for the entire hotel was turned off, making the in-room control panel completely useless.
  
  We requested a room change, hoping some rooms might be cooler. While the issue slightly improved in the new room, the overall problem persisted throughout the hotel.
  
  This lack of functionality caused significant discomfort, and there was no prior communication about the issue. A working air conditioning system is a basic expectation, and the hotel’s failure to provide it was disappointing.
  
  I would not recommend staying here until this problem is resolved.

  The hotel and staff was nice and very helpful. Buffet spread was good and bed is so comfy. Our room was huge too.
  
  What could be improved: Location is nice but can’t walk to anywhere. There’s few food place around it only. Choices are limited. The TV has not English Channel at all with all the 75 channels. Considered it an international brand, would be nice to have one or two English channels besides CNN.

  The hotel was beautiful, love the design, its interior. As you arrive you are greeted and taken cared of by their staff. From receptionist, front desk, concierge and all were attentive to our needs. The bedroom was pretty and clean, had all the basic stuff you need. Slept in comfort. Dined at the Japanese restaurant located in the same hotel which served good food plus, dined at the hotel restaurant where servers were very attentive, food was good too. Our flight was late in the evening and the staff was kind enough to extend our stay free of charge for late check out until 4pm. We highly recommend this hotel, such a great choice!
