  The location is fantastic. There are a so many choices of café, restaurants and other shops at the doorstep. It isn't in a tourist dominant area so one can experience the local life; yet it is also very convenient to get to anywhere in Shanghai using the public transport.
  
  Peter is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. I had some problem with the lock of my suitcase and was quite worried the evening I arrived. Peter immediately sent for a handyman, within 20 minutes, my problem was solved. If you don't know Shanghai very well then you can certainly rely on Peter to provide you with valuable information.
  
  I love here so much I'm already planning to come again!

  The apartment was fantastic — very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, a cozy living room, and a closet. The location was also great, with a beautiful free temple just around the corner. But without a doubt, the best part was Peter, the host. He’s a wonderful person — kind, helpful, and speaks English, which is really appreciated in Shanghai. When we first arrived, we couldn’t find the place because Google Maps wasn’t working properly, and Peter came to pick us up himself. A true 11 out of 10!

  I like that the apartment was in a very good location. Close to bus, train and popular spots. Also, Peter was very responsive and made sure I had no issue during my stay.

  Brilliant central location, just a little hinge from the heart of Shanghai. Peter the host was extremely helpful and friendly and was always there when required with easy going personality and positive vibes, has been giving me cool guidance what to see and how to get around places within Shanghai City. Beautiful Buddha Garden near by, lots of restaurants and cafes around neighbourhood.
  A little grocery shop almost in the doorstep was more than convenient.
  The place itself were immaculately fresh and clean with all good handy kitchen bits and pieces, also nice comfy linens and bed.
  Overall, cute vibrant stylish place embraced with care and love. Feels like home, where I will return over and over again.

  Amazing location. great price and the quality of my room was great. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall don't hesitate half the the price of a hotel in the same area!

  The location for this place is premium. You can get to Jing’an temple within 10 mins by the train or you can take the yellow bike ride it over with 15mins max.
  
  Subway No.13 JiangNing Road stop is right around the corner. You are in the center of all the good place to eat, western or local Chinese style. You name it.
  
  The room is decent size for solo traveler or couple. Laundry machine is in the room, only need to hang your clothes for air drying. Detergent and hangers are provided as well.
  
  I will definitely stay here again.
