  Facilities in the room is great, cleanliness is great, only the carpet I think can be cleaner.

  The room is big, very clean as they just recently renovated the room. the staff also so nice and very helpful to us.
  
  What could be improved: the amenities are not much. there's no toothbrush & toothpaste (we have to call and they will gave it to us), cotton pads / balls, cotton bud, shaver.

  comfortable bed.. air conditioning was actually operating unlike almost every other hotel in Shanghai.
  
  What could be improved: I actually slipped over and fell quite hard on the bathroom floor.. the beautiful marble tiles are incredibly slippery with just the smallest drop of water. I'm still sore days later.

  Rooms were large and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. I had a fantastic bathroom, comfortable chaise long to relax on. I had a river view room the view was fantastic
  
  What could be improved: It was very tricky to get a glass of wine to take up to my room. The staff did try hard to help, but it is obviously not something that normally happens. As a solo traveler I enjoy having a glass of wine to relax and watch TV in my room. There was no bar which is unusual for western tastes.
