  Staff Lin helped me a lot during the stay. He helped me to transfer the luggage to next hotel with great sense of responsibility. Even there were some problem encountered during the process, he handled it with patience and kindness.

  What could be improved: It's a bit far from downtown, so probably not the best choice if you want to explore the city. City view was not worth the upgrade. Stick with rooms with river views.
