  The view is fantastic! You can see the bund from the Sitting room, And 2 bed rooms
  The unit is nicely maintained.(need to locate the aircon switch on button on the panel control though)
  There's a nice Noodles shop not far away – 福和面馆

  What could be improved: Location is not the best when it comes to proximity to subway station. Also accessibility of the block from drop off point is not as convenient for luggage. Need to carry up some ramps of stairs Before security guarded gate into the compound.

  The location is great. A walking distance from the bund and biking pedestrian street . The apartment is huge, modern , clean , with all imaginable amenities. But the view is the real highlight of this apartment, we spent a lot of time sitting in the nook and watching the lights . Perfect place
