  The hotel is convenient in location for Fudan university. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. Many department stores is in wailing distance. Most important, I think it safe.

  What could be improved: I saw a cockroach in my room on the third day, which was disgusting. Had to change room and hence did not sleep well. First time ever seeing a cockroach in a hotel room.

  What could be improved: the room is not the same at the picture of hotel. noone can speak English. they can' t help you to find a taxi without translate application. the features of the room is not suitable for 5 star labeled hotel. The language is a huge problem. you can' t explain anybody at the hotel what you need. the wifi of the hotel is terrible.
