  Great location , quiet but easy to access with Metro and bus station , worth to stay , friendly staffs and large room.

  Very good location 15 mins from the Bund and with a convenience store nearby (2 minutes away)

  What could be improved: Bathroom door didn’t close properly so anyone in the bathroom was visible to anyone else in the room

  * Very simpatic receptionist who could speak english very well. He helped me a lot with info about the places I wanted to visit, buses, metro, etc.
  * They upgraded me to a bigger room and I just loved it. The room and bed were big, good shower, etc

  The hotel is located in a very convenient location in the center of Shanghai. The subway station is just few minutes away. The mall and some grocery stores are also close to the hotel. The room was clean and the receptionists were helpful. Good value for the money

  The building/hotel is old! Room is CLEAN (very important for me).The lobby not too impressive, first impression was 🤔 hmmm. Wi-fi was good enough for
  me, I'm a nomad. They provide bottled drinking water throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping provided. Location is great, walking distance to "The Bund". Lady staff in front desk daytime was "excellent", customer service she provides was top notch.

  the staff here were super friendly including the housekeeper! They solved the problem I had!
  also, they upgraded my room to a suite, there was comfort and spacious! it was convenient to the main street and eating out

  The property is located nearby the bund, 300meters away from the station which makes the nicest thing to stay in.
  
  What could be improved: The water from shower tap is too low due low water pressure and very hard to control the water temperature and the WiFi signal is weak and barely has connection.
