  ที่พักตั้งอยู่บนถนน Yongkang rd. เป็นย่านที่มีคาเฟ่หลากหลายมากๆ และมีร้านอาหารไทยดีๆ ที่ควรแวะไปลองทาน ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson และห้าง Iamp อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักที่ครบครัน ทั้งที่รีดผ้า เครื่องซักผ้า ไมโครเวฟ และจานชาม เป็นอีกทางเลือกของคนที่ไม่ชอบการพักแบบโรงแรม และให้บรรยากาศ การพักแบบท้องถิ่นจริงๆ เจ้าของที่พักที่ใจดี และตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็วเสมอ
  
  What could be improved: ข้อเสียของการเข้าพักครั้งนี้โดยส่วนตัว
  1. ผ้าเช็ดตัว เป็นแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ซึ่งอาจจะไม่สะดวกนักสำหรับคนไทย ที่อาบน้ำวันละ 2-3 ครั้งต่อวัน เพราะเราใช้มันหมดภายใน 2 วัน จึงต้องหาซื้อผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ซุปเปอร์มาเก็ตมาใช้แทน
  2. ทางที่พักไม่ได้มีน้ำดื่มบริการให้ เราไม่แน่ใจว่าสามารถดื่มได้จากน้ำปะปาหรือไม่ จึงต้องซื้อเข้าไปเอง ซึ่งก็ไม่มีปัญหา เพราะร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ใกล้มาก
  3. มันเป็นอะไรที่ค่อนข้างน่าตกใจ เพราะห้องนอนชั้นบนมีหน้าต่าง ซึ่งเปิดออกไป จะเป็นหลังบ้านที่มองเห็นไปในตัวบ้านของคนอื่น และเสียงเดินขึ้นลงบันได และเสียงพูดคุยดังมาก ในทุกๆเช้า และมันน่าหงุดหงิดไม่น้อย
