  Communication was very poor—I was given the wrong code to enter and ended up waiting outside in the dark. The room is part of a community complex, which is hard to find at night and outside of the room it’s not very clean. This property would honestly be more suited to Airbnb. Personally, I’d rather spend a bit more for a proper hotel in the same area.
  
  There were also payment issues: it wasn’t clear that I needed to transfer the payment via WeChat or Alipay until after I had checked out. The owner did offer a discount due to the communication issues, which was fair.

  Von der Metrostation Shanghai Bibliothek seien es 50 m bis zur Wohnung steht bei booking.com – es sind in Wirklichkeit 850 m. Kleiner Irrtum – geschenkt. Trotzdem das Haus gefunden – aber das Treppenhaus lässt mich zweifeln: bin ich in einem Abrisshaus gelandet? Wer am Abend kommt sieht gar nichts, Licht erst nach den ersten Stufen.
  Das gemietete Zimmer dann ist gut. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Nur wo ist der Balkon? Es gibt keinen, obwohl er in der Beschreibung steht. Es gibt auch keine Handtuchhalter, dafür aber eine Microwelle neben dem Schreibtisch, das soll wohl die Minibar sein.
  
  What could be improved: Soviel Täuschung für ein eigendlich angenehmes und sehr sauberes Zimmer ist uncharmant und unprofessionell.
