  There is nothing not to like about the Savhe Atour hotel! Its location is excellent; only a short walk to a beautiful part of the Bund and lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and every detail has been handled. The cherry on top was the service, in particular, Johnny and Ron who were always available to make sure our stay at Savhe was the most comfortable and enjoyable it could be. Thank you Savhe Atour for making our first visit to China so memorable! We will definitely be back!

  I booked this property as I saw this is a new Hotel (2025), that being said all facilities and showers are new & clean.
  
  There are a couple things that stands out of this hotel. First of all, they offer pajamas. I normally don’t wear pj’s however theirs are pretty comfortable so I’d definitely say this is a plus. Also, the hotel offers shampoo and body wash from LeLabo which is a high end brand. Along with everything, they have their self developed matras and pillow which helps you to have a better night rest (I absolutely loved it). Lastly, they offer FREE late night snack (Chinese noodles etc.) for those who have cravings at night.
  
  The staffs are exceptionally friendly, they’ve gifted us breakfast for all our days of stay. Deliveries and online orders will be delivered to your room by a robot.
  
  To conclude, we had very pleasant experience for our stay and will definitely consider to visit again!
  
  What could be improved: There are a couple of things, however I think this isn’t something that can be done here.
  
  1) room size, I’ve booked the biggest room available and it was 30 square meters. It is a very common room size especially in Shanghai, however I wish I had a choice for e.g. a bigger suite of 50sqm+
  
  2) this is a small thing that my wife mentioned, probably due to the room size, there are no bathtubs.
  
  3) location is alright, you can technically walk to the bund and 外滩 which is the main tourist spot. However i’m used staying at hotels that are directly connected to malls for the convenience. But if you are an active person or plan to see more of the city, culture and people then this should be fine.

  Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. I have been to Shanghai many times and this hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on. I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and everyone in my group agrees. The hotel is also very fast to respond to in-room requests and the laundry service is a big bonus. Special mention to Ron and Johnny for their hospitality and attentiveness. It has been a very memorable stay and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in SH.
  
  What could be improved: The location of the hotel is a little awkward. It is not exactly near to most of the main attraction but still manageable walking distance.

  這次到上海出差，很開心選擇入住「薩和酒店」。
  
  首先，酒店的位置很好，走出酒店往右手邊步行約5～7分鐘，即可抵達地鐵10號線「四川北路站」，沿途有非常多的美食餐廳可選擇；酒店門口往左，2分鐘可抵達郵政博物館、乍浦路橋拍日出、打卡三件套+東方明珠，慢慢散步即可抵達南京東路步行街及外灘。
  
  再來，酒店的整體氛圍很棒，一進門就能聞到淡淡的精油香氣，讓人感到非常放鬆，Check in時，會讓旅客選擇喜歡的味道，然後由服務人員送到房間，在房間也能享受令人愉悅的香氛。
  
  值得一提的是，房間隔音非常好！（我是個對聲音極度敏感的人，這次入住四個晚上，睡得非常好。）枕頭提供一個軟、一個一個硬，讓旅人能夠自由選擇，真的很貼心哪！
  
  酒店每天提供了早餐、下午茶及夜宵，早餐營養豐富且多樣可供選擇、下午茶及夜宵看似簡單，但味道一點都不馬虎，能讓人感受到滿滿的誠意。
  
  最後，想要提的是整體服務的品質：每天進出酒店，不論是櫃檯的小夥伴，或是在房間走廊遇到的保潔阿姨們，每個人都笑容滿面並帶上熱情簡短的問候；入住這幾天遇到一些小問題，也能即時獲得解決；非常感謝連總經理這幾天的招待，即便忙得分身乏術，還特地撥空關心我們入住的情況、睡得好不好…等等。
  
  下次有機會再到上海，薩和絕對是我們第一的選擇。

  La amabilidad del hotel, incluso el director se presentó, el desayuno es brutal y las habitaciones muy bonitas y muy funcionales. El gimnasio estaba perfecto y muy bien equipado. Está super bien situado, al lado de Pudong.
