  Very nicely located close to main shopping road. Nice staff and large rooms with small kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Wet kind staff. Nice gym as well

  Very good location, two metro stations within 5 mins walk, 20 min walk to the Bund. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, including little things like dish soap and laundry detergent that often get missed in apartments. Housekeeping came daily. Staff were polite. Nice view from the corner room. Would definitely go back.

  I liked the position, the breakfast (even if the room is a bit small for all the people going) and the kitchenette in the room.

  Great location and room size plus the balcony view .
  
  What could be improved: Not sure if worth the price? Maybe it's just shanghai. Staff told me gym is open 24h but when I went after midnight it was closed. Plus please inform about a deposit for the card in advance .

  Good location, very big room with all equipment needed and very comfortable. The washing machine worked well. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed! There’s even 2 robots that can deliver stuff to your room.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast doesn’t have much choice but is good. When arriving, we were given a room with a cigarette smell so we asked to change and we got another room together with apologies from the staff.

  Great location, friendly staff, and very good value. The one bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room area and kitchen/breakfast table area for meals. The combined washer/dryer adds the convenience as well.
