  Being my first time in China, with my family with a 2 year old in tow, I didn't really know what to expect, but from the moment we checked in up until the time that we left, the entire guest relations team has been extremely helpful. They even sent a birthday cake and greeting for my daughter! Special mention to Hannie Ferolino for going the extra mile for us. If you're reading this review and you're a filipino, I wouldn't think twice of booking here and to look for Hannie. While I am blessed to know a little bit of the language, I could imagine it might not be the case for our fellow kababayans, Hannie will surely make you feel at home!

  Perfect location. Staff was really friendly. They booked a taxi to the airport for us. The taxi's are able to stop right next to the entrance because it's in a side street. View from the room was amazing.
