  Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided warm, attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome.   Price to Value ratio was extremely good. Clean bathroom with comfortable bathtub and seperate shower. The bed was large and i was able to sleep well. There is a calm fridge that doesn't make any noise. Extraordinary breakfast buffet, i highly recommend it!
  
  What could be improved: Air Conditioner was noisy so i had to turn it off to sleep. It was still fine because the building is isolated quite well.
  Some staff members couldn't speak very little english but thats just normal in china i guess.
  You will need 20-30 minutes to get to the Bund by metro which was fine for me – i guess thats part of the reason why the price is so cheap compared to other hotels in Shanghai.

  What could be improved: I think if you travel on a budget you should probably not book here. They hold nearly double the cost of the hotel room as a deposit and it took nearly 5 days after I left for the balance to be released.
